Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive John Lee leads a delegation to the capital of Laos, Vientiane, this week as the first stop on a three-nation ASEAN visit.

In June, a globe-spanning delegation, led by HKTDC Executive Director Margaret Fong, met with Zhejiang government and business leaders in Hangzhou to strengthen bilateral cooperation and highlight Hong Kong’s strengths and advantages as a business platform.

London and Hong Kong are both globally renowned technology hubs, with leading universities, strong financial sectors and large, diverse talent pools creating vibrant start-up ecosystems.

With its wide range of legal expertise, services and talents, Hong Kong is developing into a legal, deal-making and dispute resolution hub in the Asia-Pacific, as part of the Hong Kong SAR Government’s eight-centre strategy.
