Hong Kong Has a Key Role to Play in BRI and GBA

“Business Plenary: Connecting the Belt and Road & Greater Bay Area through Hong Kong” The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area development has been in focus recently. The sixth edition of the Belt and Road Summit introduced a new thematic series GBA Track with respect to the latest trend. One of sessions dedicated to this theme was “the Business Plenary: Connecting the Belt and Road & Greater Bay Area through Hong Kong”, in which speakers exchanged insights on what role Hong Kong could play to capture the opportunities arising from the two great projects.
The Belt and Road Summit held on 1-2 September 2021 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Under the theme “Driving Growth through Fostering Regional and International Trade”, the annual event connected more 6,000 participants from over 80 countries and regions to speakers and exhibitors to explore business opportunities arising under the Initiative.Websites
