Hong Kong showcased its innovation and technology (I&T) strengths at three fairs last week, including the first-ever InnoEX co-organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), held concurrently with the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) and Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition).

SmartHK, jointly organised by the HKTDC and Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, was held on 24 May 2023. The HKTDC brought together nearly 2,000 business elites, boosting cooperation between Hong Kong and the mainland centres of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
A flagship event of Guangdong-Hong Kong Cooperation Week, SmartHK conference featured exhibitions, #startup pitching sessions, and on-site business matching sessions, as part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong Cooperation Week until 7 June, with over 20 business and trade activities across #GBA cities.
