MOFCOM Announces Car and Motorcycle Export Licence Application Arrangements for 2021

The General Office of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) recently issued a circular concerning automobile and motorcycle export licence applications in 2021. Manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles must submit completed application forms to their local department of commerce together with details of all of their overseas after-sales repair centres and overseas workshops. Manufacturers of all-terrain vehicles, meanwhile, must additionally submit valid ISO9000 quality management certificates and copies of any relevant certification relating to the importing jurisdiction.
