China to Implement Large-Scale VAT Credit Refund

The State Council executive meeting held on 21 March decided to adopt large-scale VAT credit refund policies in an effort to sustain stable macroeconomic performance. The VAT credit refund this year is worth around RMB1.5 trillion.
