Customs Unveils 10 Measures for Ensuring Stable Performance of Foreign Trade

The General Administration of Customs recently announced 10 measures to ensure the smooth operation of industrial supply chains and speed up customs clearance for key materials used by electronic information enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region. Among these, the trial implementation of “direct cargo pickup” alongside ships and “direct loading of cargo upon arrival of vessel” at ports is designed to improve the efficiency of inbound and outbound logistics.
