The Hong Kong Pavilion, organised by HKTDC, provides Hong Kong companies a platform to showcase and promote their latest products, build up brand image and connect with potential partners to tap into the European market.

Participation Fee
The participation fee includes space rental, booth construction with basic facilities, obligatory media fee* and promotional activities arranged by TDC:

* The obligatory media fee - €995 per company is charged by the Fair Organizer to cover the publishing of exhibitor data in electronic media and possibly other media along with the use of the event’s internet page by the exhibitors.
Exhibitors of Hong Kong Pavilion are eligible** for applying the SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF) sponsored by the HKSAR Government. The maximum amount of funding support for each successful application is 50% of the total approved expenditure incurred by the applicant enterprise or HK$100,000, whichever is the less.
