Guangdong province rolled out on 3 February measures to deepen co-operation with Hong Kong. A total of 15 measures were put forward in five respects, including joint epidemic prevention and control, technological/financial/commercial co-operation, construction of cross-border infrastructure and customs facilitation, co-operation in youth exchanges and education, and social and livelihood co-operation, to further deepen co-operation between the two sides.
