Fashion HK at China International Fashion Fair, Shanghai, CHIC 2021 (Spring)
CHIC, established in 1991, is one of the most influential and professional fashion fairs in China. It is an effective platform for Hong Kong designers and fashion industry players to understand the product trends and overall development of the fashion industry on the Chinese mainland. Since its relocation from Beijing to Shanghai in 2015, the fair was revamped as bi-annual events held in every March and October. The Fashion Hong Kong Pavilion at CHIC Spring is a regional event targeting the Eastern Chinese mainland market.
Applicants must be a Hong Kong-registered company dealing garment, fashion accessories, handbags and footwear. Exhibits must be owned, licensed, manufactured, or served as an agent by the applicants. Priorities will be given to companies with “Hong Kong Brand Name” and “ODM”. The HKTDC reserves full discretion in accepting and selecting applicants for the participation.
A) 9sqm Brand Zone Booth: HK$30,900
B) 9sqm OEM Zone Booth : HK$27,800
C) 6sqm Designer Booth : HK$12,000 (for designers only)
*HKTDC reserves full discretion in accepting and selecting applicants for this category.
D) Raw Space: HK$2,160 per sqm
*Minimum size: 36 sqm; Participation fee is EXCLUSIVE of all booth facilities and electricity.
Package Service
- (Except for raw space) The package includes a furnished booth with basic facilities including company fascia, lighting, garment racks & hangers/shelves, table and chairs
- On-site HKTDC office & service
- General publicity (for the Fashion Hong Kong Pavilion)
- Exposure on official fair catalogues & HKTDC fair catalogues
Other Expenses
Other expenses such as airfare, hotel accommodation, freight forwarding, local transportation, additional booth facilities and insurance shall be borne by exhibitors.
SME EMF
Participants of the HK Pavilion are eligible to apply for the SME Export Marketing Fund.
