Three major lifestyle products fairs will return to Hong Kong from 6 to 9 January 2025, bringing together thousands of exhibitors and presenting a wealth of opportunities for buyers from across the world.
Asia’s flagship toys exhibition, the Hong Kong Toys and Games Fair will open at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 6 January and provide an unrivalled sourcing opportunity for buyers seeking products across the spectrum of toy categories including electronics, party items, collectibles, hobbies, dolls, outdoor goods and more. Trade service providers including testing, inspection and certification organisations will also attend.
Hot industry trends will be featured in dedicated zones. The smart toys zone will showcase tech-based toys and games, such as toys operated by mobile apps or incorporating the latest virtual and augmented reality technologies. The green toys zone will feature toys made from eco-friendly and recycled materials, while the kidult zone will present games and collectibles aimed at the adult (or “kidult”) market.
Opening on the same day, the Hong Kong Baby Products Fair will feature a comprehensive range of products related to infant and child-rearing, such as feeding products, clothing, bedding, furniture, electronics, strollers, skincare and bath products.
Co-organised with Messe Frankfurt, the Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair will run at the same time and showcase the latest products in stationery and supplies for the office, school and creative design fields. Exhibiting countries and regions will include Mainland China, Greece, Tϋrkiye, UAE, USA and Vietnam.
For buyers keen to keep abreast of industry trends, product demonstrations and buyer forums will be held over the four days, while receptions at each fair will provide plenty of opportunities for networking and connecting.
A number of seminars will focus on industry trends related to sustainability, social responsibility, safety, recycled materials and digitalisation.
Interested buyers and trade visitors to all fairs can preview products and exhibitors through the Click2Match online platform which will open on 30 December and run through to 16 January.
At the fairs held in January this year, some 42,000 buyers visited the Toys & Games Fair, while more than 26,600 buyers attended the Baby Products Fair and some 13,900 came to the Stationery & School Supplies Fair.
Asian buyers came from Mainland China, ASEAN, Japan, Korea and India, and European buyers flew in from United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Russia. The fairs also received buyers from South Africa, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates. Buyer numbers from Mainland China, India and ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore grew significantly.
