Belt and Road Summit: Connecting the Belt and Road through Technology and Knowledge Exchange

Hong Kong is uniquely positioned as a hub for Belt and Road technology and knowledge exchange. Hong Kong possesses strong R&D capabilities and originality, with subversive and forward-looking R&D results. The National 14th Five-Year Plan set out the vision to develop the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), and expressly supports Hong Kong’s development as an international I&T hub. Mr Mark Ivan Roblas from the Philippines attended the Belt and Road Summit 2022 in-person in Hong Kong and shared his views on regional technology and knowledge exchange. The eighth Belt and Road Summit will be held on 13-14 September 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, we hope to see you there.
