WHAT: The HKTDC International Tea Fair is Asia’s premier marketplace for the tea industry. In view of pandemic-induced travel restrictions, this year’s event will target mainly local consumers. Major product categories include tea, processed tea and tea products; tea packaging; tea processing equipment and testing services; tea ware, tea bars/organisations, tea technology; tea craft: books and decorative crafts and art; tea media; and “friends of tea” (bakery products, confectionery, sugar & sweets, nuts & crackers, preserved & pickled food, snacks & biscuits).

16 August 10am to 6pm
Admission by tickets. Children aged three or below and seniors aged 65 or above will be admitted free of charge. No admission 45 minutes before closing time.
WHO: Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council
WHY: The fair features the International Cup Warming event, International Tea Art Performances and a gallery displaying tea ware. Seminars and buyer forums promote industry awareness. The International KamCha Competition (Hong Kong style milk tea) reaches its final, crowning the “King of Kam Cha”.
