GITEX GLOBAL 2025, marking its 45th edition, stands as the world's most established and iconic large-scale tech exhibition. Applicant must be a Hong Kong registered company and with substantial operation in the territory. It is at the HKTDC’s discretion to accept or reject an application and subject to final approval by the official Fair Organiser.

Note:

1.The Hong Kong Tech Pavilion booth space is subject to the space availability, and on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.Should there be an over-subscription of booths, HKTDC reserves the right to decide on the final booth size for exhibitors.

3.Participating companies should arrange and bear the associated costs of overseas and local transportation, hotel accommodation, shipping of exhibits and other related materials, additional booth facilities, onsite temp staff(s), exhibits’ insurance and related insurances, customs duties etc.

The SME Export Marketing Fund, run by the Trade and Industry Department (TID) of the Hong Kong SAR Government, provides funding support to SMEs participating in promotion activities. The funding application and approval process is handled by TID.
