The State Council recently released a revised second edition of its Technical Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus in the Production of Cold-Chain Food and Technical Guidelines for Disinfection of Novel Coronavirus in Cold-Chain Food Production Processes. The guidelines are applicable to frozen and refrigerated processed foods.
