China Unveils Provisions on Intellectual Property Credit Management

Provisions promulgated by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) on 27 January in relation to credit management of intellectual property will serve as the basis for it to provide or enforce credit commitment, credit evaluation, and credit repair services, incentives for trustworthiness, and punishment of dishonesty. The provisions aim to strengthen intellectual property protection in China.
