CNIPA Unveils 14th Five-Year Plan for Patent and Trademark Examinations

The 14th Five-Year Plan for patent and trademark examinations, recently unveiled by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), aims to reduce the patent examination cycle for inventions to 15 months and the trademark registration cycle to seven months.
