China Releases 14th Five-Year Plan for Development of Smart Manufacturing

The National Development and Reform Commission and seven other government departments recently released a 14th Five-Year Plan for the development of smart manufacturing. The plan puts forward a number of development targets for 2025, including achieving digitalisation in 70% of manufacturing enterprises above designated size and fostering more than 150 professional providers of smart manufacturing solutions.
