China Pilots Electronic Registration Certificates for Special-Use Cosmetics

On 1 January, the National Medical Products Administration began issuing electronic registration certificates for approved special-use cosmetics and new raw materials for use in cosmetics. From 1 May, it will also start to issue electronic registration certificates on special-use cosmetics for which change or extension of registration certificates have been approved.
