PBOC to Implement Unified Registration System for Pledges of Movable Assets and Rights

The People’s Bank of China recently announced that under a system to be introduced on 1 February, new measures will clarify matters relating to the unified registration of pledges of movable assets and rights, the institutions involved and their duties. The content required for registration will be refined and registration and inquiry processes optimised.
