China to Stop Issuing Paper Trademark Certificates

The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has announced it will cease issuing paper trademark certificates from 1 January 2022. Trademark registrants must log on to the website of the Trademark Office of CNIPA at http://sbj.cnipa.gov.cn/ using assigned access codes to obtain their electronic certificates, which may be downloaded for printing.
