Guangdong Revises Rules on Market Regulation

Revised rules on market regulation recently adopted by the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress shall take effect on 1 December 2021. The negative list system shall apply to market access. Reinstatement of cancelled administrative licences for market access must go through procedures stipulated in the rules.
