China Announces 2022 Import Tariff Quota Rules for Grain and Cotton

The National Development and Reform Commission recently announced detailed rules for the allocation of import tariff quotas for both grain and cotton in 2022. Applicants must submit their applications to authorised agencies at their place of registration from 15-30 October 2021.
