China Implements Fair Competition Review System

China recently announced rules for the full implementation of its fair competition review system. The rules focus on improving and fine-tuning market access and exit standards. It is explicitly stated that discriminatory pricing and subsidy policies may not be imposed on non-local and imported goods and services.
