China Promotes Cross-Border E-Commerce B2B Export Supervision Nationwide
06 July 2021
According to an announcement issued by the General Administration of Customs on 22 June (No. 47 ), the experience of pilot projects of cross-border e-commerce business-to-business (B2B) export supervision will be replicated and promoted in customs offices across the country based on the implementation of the pilot programme.
Under the pilot programme, cross-border e-commerce enterprises or their customs declaration agents, cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises, and logistics enterprises use the international trade ‘Single Window’ or ‘Internet-plus Customs’ to submit declaration data and transmit electronic information. Cross-border e-commerce B2B exports may complete customs transfer using the national customs clearance integration or ‘cross-border e-commerce’ mode.
