Hainan Free Trade Port to Further Improve Business Environment

Hainan province recently issued an action plan to further optimise the business environment at its free trade port (2022-2025). Under this plan, the Hainan Free Trade Port is to establish an efficient and convenient service environment and a market environment that promotes fair competition, replace administrative approval with a record-filing system, ease market access, and implement a ‘negative list’ system.
