Duty for chemical products such as magnesium oxide and phosphoric acid has increased to 15%, from 5%. Zero-rated goods such as certain live animals and vegetables such as aubergines, onions, cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes are now subject to rates of between 7% and 15%. Other foodstuffs such as fruit juices, fish and shrimp, attract rates between 6% and 15%. A full list of rate changes published by the tax authority is available here (in Arabic).
