China Further Promotes Innovative Development of Time-Honoured Brands

As announced in a circular jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and seven relevant departments, China will seek to strengthen rule of law protections on the intellectual property and cultural heritage of time-honoured brands to help their development. A system of improved policies for the sector is slated to take shape by 2025.
