China and Thailand Sign AEO Mutual Recognition Pact

An action plan for mutual recognition of Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status signed recently by the customs authorities of China and Thailand is the first such plan China has concluded with a member of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) since the pact entered into force in January. The two sides have pledged to speed up negotiations on AEO mutual recognition.
