China Adopts Accountability System for Combatting IP Statistical Data Fabrication and Fraud

The China National Intellectual Property Administration recently announced the launch of an accountability system for the prevention and punishment of intellectual property data fabrication and fraud. The system is designed to strictly control the statistical scope of relevant indices and ensure the authenticity of statistical data.
