State Post Bureau Introduces 23 Relief Measures to Help Courier and Delivery Companies

30 May 2022

Business Advisory Section, HKTDC Research

The State Post Bureau recently introduced 23 relief measures covering the implementation of tax reduction and exemption policies, the orderly operation of courier terminal outlets, and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of couriers. Postal administrations in epidemic-affected areas are required to issue key material transport vehicle passes to postal and express delivery companies promptly as needed. A plan will be formulated for the resumption of work and production in the industry, to establish a "whitelist" management system for it, and to promote the timely recovery of delivery logistics networks.
