Shenzhen Offers Living Allowance to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Expat PhD Graduates

Shenzhen is offering a living allowance to PhD graduates under the age of 35 who have taken up full-time employment in the city after 1 September 2021. Qualified Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and expat PhD degree holders moving to the city are also eligible for the same benefit. This measure will be in force for five years starting from 15 April.
