Shenzhen Companies Required to Submit 2021 Annual Reports Online

As announced by the Shenzhen Administration for Market Regulation, business entities and resident representative offices of foreign enterprises registered in the city before 31 December last year must submit their annual reports through the administration’s website (www.szcredit.org.cn) or other designated online platforms.
