Supplement X to CEPA comprises many liberalisation measures related to the transportation sector, and many of them are Guangdong’s pilot measures in the maritime transport sector, in keeping with the mainland government’s commitment to support Hong Kong and enhance its status as an international maritime centre, while creating more business opportunities for Hong Kong companies. In addition, Hong Kong’s tourism and exhibition companies gain additional operational flexibility under Supplement X. More
