As Hong Kong reopens its doors to Mainland China and the world at large, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will roll out a full season of global trade fairs and conferences, coupled with a plethora of overseas promotions, to create opportunities for the Hong Kong, mainland and international business communities.
As the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) turns 25 and celebrates its silver anniversary, the city is arranging a wide range of festivities. These include one of the city’s most enduring cultural events, the HKTDC Hong Kong Book Fair, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), which will run from 20 to 26 July at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

The 12th HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition) will bring together suppliers, buyers and industry followers from around the world to source products, establish business relationships and exchange information on this rapidly evolving industry.
Digital start-ups are moving into the eyewear industry. Underlining the trend, market research agency Coresight Research discussed overseas start-ups’ experiences at a seminar during the 27th edition of the HKTDC Hong Kong International Optical Fair in November 2019, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
