Hong Kong-based Green Future Food Hydrocolloid Marine Science Co Ltd (Greenfresh) imports seaweed from Indonesia to produce food hydrocolloids, commonly used in food production and processing. Covid-19 has given Greenfresh a chance to acquire production facilities in Indonesia and build a transnational production line across Fujian province and Surabaya in Indonesia. When the pandemic eases, Greenfresh hopes to accelerate its ventures into Southeast Asian markets. More
