Under new measures that came into force on 17 May, commercial entities in Shenzhen can now entrust qualified entities such as commercial secretarial companies and accounting and law firms with domicile custody. Market regulation departments are responsible for the registration of commercial secretarial companies. The measures will remain in force for five years. More
