Eco Expo Asia - Asia’s leading trade platform showcasing the latest green products and sustainability-related technology – is returning to Hong Kong in October.
Running over four days from 30 October to 2 November at AsiaWorld-Expo, the Expo will feature a packed schedule of talks, seminars and sourcing opportunities with a particular focus on start-ups, low-emission transport and waste management.
The event will once again attract exhibitors and buyers from across the world keen to collaborate and drive innovation in the development of climate-smart technologies and sustainable solutions.
A large-scale exhibition of new products designed to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainable lifestyles will feature energy saving devices, air quality solutions and water treatment tools.
A Green Transport zone will showcase a wide range of new energy vehicles and charging equipment, while a Waste Treatment zone will present innovative solutions, such as a kitchen waste disposal machine and a used clothing recycling service.
Alongside the exhibition, the Eco Asia Conference will feature thought-provoking sessions addressing key topics related to green innovation, new energy and the circular economy. Conference speakers will present best practice solutions, case studies and market intelligence to keep attendees informed of the latest knowledge in the environmental protection sector.
On 2 November, the Expo will be open to the public to explore the exhibition displays, participate in workshops and shop for sustainable products.
Last year’s Eco Expo attracted more than 300 exhibitors from more than 10 countries and regions and some 12,000 buyers from over 110 countries and regions. New last year was a hydrogen pavilion, featuring a range of hydrogen technologies, to promote opportunities from this clean energy source.
The HKTDC Click2Match online business matching platform will open on 23 October, enabling participants to preview exhibitor information, schedule meetings and follow up after the exhibition has closed.
Also on the Hong Kong exhibition agenda in October is the HKTDC Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Lighting Expo 2024 running 29 October-1 November at AsiaWorld-Expo and the HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair running 27-30 October at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, presenting buyers with a feast of sourcing opportunities in Hong Kong this autumn.
