Participants must be companies registered in Hong Kong and be carrying out substantial operation in the territory.

Note: Participating companies should arrange and bear the associated costs of overseas and local transportation, hotel accommodation, shipping of exhibits and other related materials, onsite staffs, exhibits' insurance and related insurances, customs duties etc. The Hong Kong Pavilion booth space is subject to the space availability, and on a first-come, first-served basis. Should there be an over-subscription of booths, HKTDC reserves the right to decide on the final booth size for exhibitors
