Event Details
Hong Kong Trade Development Council will organise a Hong Kong pavilion at Spring Fair – the UK’s no. 1 gift and home trade show to form a sourcing marketplace for retailers, exhibitors and marketers
Results of Spring Fair 2018:
56,000 visitors from 100 countries and regions met with 2,500 UK and international exhibitors.

| Travel Accommodation and Exhibits Shipment: | Travel agent and freight forwarder will be recommended at a later stage to handle delegates’ air ticketing, hotel accommodation booking and shipment arrangement individually. You are required to settle ALL relevant payments with the recommended agents directly. |
| Other Expenses: | Exhibitors are responsible for expenses such as additional booth facilities, hiring temporary assistants/interpreter, exhibits shipment, hotel accommodation, air-tickets and other incidentals etc. |
| SME Export Marketing Fund: | Successful applicants can apply for the SME Export Marketing Fund. For further information, please visit: www.smefund.tid.gov.hk (Enquiry: 2398 5127). |
Participants
Hong Kong Pavilion participants must be companies registered in Hong Kong with substantial operation. It is at the HKTDC's discretion to accept or reject applications.
