The famous “Michelin Man” is just one of many “brand extensions” for the French company synonymous with tyres and stars awarded to restaurants in its guides. And Hong Kong is a key location to explore opportunities in Asia, according to Christian Delhaye, Managing Director of Michelin Lifestyle.
