Business of IP Asia Forum

WHAT: The BIP Asia Forum brings intellectual property (IP) professionals and business leaders from all over the world to discuss the latest developments in the IP world, and to explore business collaboration opportunities. The 10th edition of the forum was held online on 3-4 December 2020 with great success, attended by over 10,000 IP professionals and industry leaders who gained insights from more than 60 prominent speakers. The 2021 event will be held online and physically.

WHEN: 2-3 December 2021

WHO: Co-organised by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Hong Kong Design Centre

WHY: Topics to be discussed will include innovation, sustainability, the role of Hong Kong as a regional IP trading centre and opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The forum will also feature the Global Tech Summit and IPHatch start-up competition. Running concurrently will be HKTDC Entrepreneur Day, the HKTDC SmartBiz Expo and DesignInspire
