Mexico Issues AD Duty Order on Aluminium Foil. Mexico has issued an AD duty order on mainland Chinese aluminium foil for household or industrial use, of a thickness not exceeding 0.080 millimetres, not backed, rolled but not further worked, with an outer diameter of 100 mm or greater and a weight greater than five kilogrammes, classified under HTSMX 7607.11.01. Mexican authorities have established a minimum reference price of US$3.4817 per kilogramme. While imports of lower-valued items are allowed, importers are required to guarantee payment of the difference in each of those circumstances, subject to the following maximum amounts: US$0.17968/kg in the case of Hangzhou Five Star Aluminium Co. Ltd., US$0.6588/kg in the case of Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Co. Ltd., and US$1.1634/kg in the case of Boxing Ruifeng Aluminium Co. Ltd. and all other exporters.
Mexico Issues AD Duty Order on Pressure Cookers. Mexico has issued an AD duty order on mainland Chinese aluminium pressure cookers classified under HTSMX 7615.10.01, establishing a definitive AD duty of 92.64 percent on imports of subject merchandise.
Mexico Preliminarily Finds Dumping on Wind Towers. Mexico has issued a preliminary affirmative determination in its AD investigation of wind towers classified under HTSMX 8502.31.01 from mainland China. The authorities have established the following provisional AD duties.

Chile Applies AD Duties on Steel Balls for Grinding to Additional Producer. Chile has extended its AD duty order on mainland Chinese forged steel balls for grinding, with a diameter of less than four inches, classified under HTSCL 7326.11.10, to imports from Goldpro New Materials Co. Ltd., a mainland Chinese producer that had been excluded from the original order. As a result, such imports will face an AD duty of 5.6 percent through 23 May 2020.
