Deadline Looms for Hengqin Cross-Border E-Commerce Development Funding Applications

Under the terms of an initiative launched by the Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee’s Bureau of Commerce, funding is on offer to qualified Hengqin New Area-based businesses looking to develop their cross-border e-commerce operations.

The funding is available for all projects initiated in the period 1 November-31 December 2018 and is open to cross-border e-commerce companies, cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service platforms and logistics service providers, all of which must be registered for tax and business purposes within the Hengqin New Area. In addition, they must be independent legal entities and either engaged in import / export activity or currently conducting cross-border e-commerce customs-supervised business.

All applications should be submitted via the Zhuhai E-Port Customer Service Platform prior to 20 October this year.
