HKTDC Education & Careers Expo

This event provides a hunting ground for students and job-seekers of all ages.

WHAT: At the 29th edition of the HKTDC Education & Careers Expo, educational institutions, government departments and private enterprises will present the latest information on further studies, training and careers to the public. The Careers Zone will introduce a “Recruitment Square”, while the Education Zone will cover Continuing Education, Creative and Educational Support Services, Tertiary Academy, and Vocational and Professional Education. There will also be Career Theme Days and Overseas Education theme days that will spotlight up-and-coming industries and relevant study programmes and information on some hot-pick overseas study destinations respectively. In addition, the expo will feature a Youth Zone providing information on internship and cultural exchange opportunities and career planning advice. The International Exchange Village will focus on studying and working abroad with advice from respective Consulate-General offices. Major exhibitors in the Education category will include colleges, polytechnics, universities, schools for continuing education, vocational training and creative education providers, language schools and institutions outside Hong Kong. The Careers category will include private enterprises, government departments and semi-government organisations.

*There will be no admission to the venue 45 minutes before the announced daily closing time of the expo

WHO: Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council

WHY: At the 2018 expo, a record-breaking 870 professional associations, government departments, public organisations and private enterprises from 22 countries and regions were represented. At the coming event, parents, students, recent graduates or indeed job-seekers of any age will once again be able to find information on a wide range of schools, colleges and universities, as well as potential employers in the public and private sectors and non-government organisations.
