Full Details of 2018 Grain, Cotton and Sugar Tariff Quotas and Allocation Procedures Now Available

New guidelines covering the 2018 tariff quota allocation and application procedures relating to grain, cotton and sugar imports are now available. In the case of grain and cotton tariff quotas, the relevant information is available from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), while the Ministry of Commerce is the source of all information relating to 2018 sugar tariff quotas.
All tenders relating to 2018 grain and cotton tariff quotas need to be submitted by 30 October this year, while all applications relating to 2018 sugar tariff quotas need to be finalised by the following day (31 October, 2017).
