Business Mission to Heilongjiang and Vladivostok
Belt and Road opportunities will be explored at this mission to China’s north eastern province and Russia’s Far East market.

WHAT: The Hong Kong delegation will travel to the north eastern Chinese mainland province of Heilongjiang and Vladivostok, the capital of Russia’s Far East, to examine potential partnerships under China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
WHEN: 3 July (Heilongjiang), 6 July (Vladivostok)
WHO: HKTDC Executive Director Margaret Fong will lead this 19-member delegation comprising business executives from the finance, construction, transport and logistics sectors.
WHY: The delegation will meet with local government officials and make site visits at key economic centres and business locations, focusing on opportunities for investment, on regional cooperation, and on how Hong Kong can help companies in Heilongjiang and Vladivostok find global markets.
