Belt and Road Summit 2019: Advantages for the Philippines

A Belt and Road “success story” for the Philippines has been the large increase in trade and investment with mainland China while Hong Kong is a gateway for ASEAN exports to Belt and Road countries, says Angelo Taningco. Speaking beside the Belt and Road Summit 2019 the Philippines’ Trade and Industry Assistant Secretary says the event fosters collaboration and innovation, with Hong Kong contributing much needed technology transfers.
