WHAT: The 30th edition of the HKTDC Education & Careers Expo offers education and employment opportunities for people at all levels of education and employment, including those about to launch careers or seeking a career change. Education categories include Colleges & Polytechnics, Universities, Schools for Continue Education, Vocational Trainings, Language Schools, Outside Hong Kong Educational Institutions. There is also a special section for Creative Education.In Careers, categories are Private Enterprises, Government Departments, Semi-government Organisations, as well as Professional Associations and Bodies. With Books and Education Supplies, categories are Book Publishers/Book Stores, Learning Aids and Educational Equipments.

WHO: Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development CouncilWHY: The expo is a valuable platform for educational institutions, government departments, and private enterprises to give the public up-to-date information on career and employment opportunities. The Careers section is divided into Careers and Recruitment Square zones. The Education zone is divided into Continuing Education, Creative and Educational Support Services, Tertiary Academy, as well as Vocational and Professional Education zones.In addition, there will be a Youth zone where exhibitors can reach out to youngsters and inspire them with bright ideas, comprehensive information and innovative programmes in relation to internships, overseas work experience programmes and career planning. The International Exchange Village is a vibrant platform where Consulate General offices and official bodies from around the world connect with young people seeking work and educational opportunities overseas.The expo runs concurrently with the HKTDC Hong Kong Book Fair and HKTDC Entrepreneur Day. It also runs shortly before the Summer Sourcing Week, which includes nine fairs covering a range of sectors.
