Janet has extensive consulting and training experience in areas of customer service and retail management training system development. She was the Director of Training of the largest cosmetics retail chain in Asia. Janet has worked as Training Manager in 5-star hotels in Hong Kong. She is also an experienced speaker in many professional associations.
